All items are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse in Aurora, IL or Mesquite, TX. Always inspect shipments for obvious signs of damage prior to signing for delivery from courier or common carrier. Ownership of the items shipped passes to the customer once signed for. If a shipment arrives in a damaged condition, please see our Damaged in Shipment Policy on page 10. All orders will be shipped “freight prepaid” and billable via the carrier of our choice unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of ordering. There may also be a small insurance cost added to protect your investment in the unlikely event of damage or loss.
