ITEMS AND CONDITION THAT WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY FOR VIPER FCB EQUIPMENT: 1. Installation or relocation of equipment 2. Faults arising from a machine not installed properly, as per recommendations and 3. specifications. 4. Operator fault, for example if the syrup connector is not connected properly to the syrup box, 5. or the syrup box is empty, or if the CO2 supply is finished and hasn’t been replaced. 6. Power cords (plugs) partially disconnected or completely disconnected from power points. 7. No problems were found with the equipment. 8. “Run Set Up” only: this means Calibration of the motor, brix and CO2 adjustments, where this is the only work done on the Viper. Please note that through the normal operation of the Viper, the product consistency, CO2 adjustment and gear motor calibration may need to be adjusted, especially if the flavour has been changed in a barrel; this is not an actual fault of the unit, there is no parts break down. If a part has been replaced in the Viper (EG: gear motor) then the set-up charges will also be accepted. 9. Flavour changes: must be done by a technician as the CO2 timing may be different, brix must be re check and motor calibrated, otherwise product quality can be affected.
