Preventative Maintenance Requirements Technical PM’s must be complete to ensure warranty is vali for the entire warrant period. Failure to complete scheduled PM’s by approved service agents will void OEM warranty. Recommended to be logged on e-Tech for records. Warranty Claims must be supported with prof of up-to date preventative maintenance being completed on the equipment before the breakdown occurred – logged on e-Tech • Excess travel, overtime, afterhours, labour outside the warranty approved labour schedule, apprentice charges, second technician (where the job is deems to be a one-person job). • Refer to the specific product in the attached Cornelius guide for a list of consumables not covered by warranty. • Loose wire connections. • Brix, Co2 adjustments. • Blown fuses. • Consequential damage such as loss of profit, loss of time, cost of repair, or replacing other property which is damaged or any other kind of incidental damage. • Not covered are calls relating to lack of maintenance or cleaning/preventative maintenance e.g dirty condensers or filters. Warranty Exclusions Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document.

Additional information Refrigeration – maximum allowable charge accepted for R404A is $60.00/kg ex gst.

Refrigeration repairs – Cornelius will allow a one-off charge of $100.00 ex gst for work carried out and use of solder & consumables eg: cleaning cloths, bubbles leak detector, reclaim evacuate, nitrogen, leak test and solder.

NOTE: When labour requires the opening of the refrigeration system, an $80.00 maximum miscellaneous charge is allowed.
