Franke - Fry Dispenser

OEM does not require return of parts for claim under warranty unless specifically requested. The service provider is required to retain all parts for a period of 3 months Photos are require to support.

Length of Warranty Period: 2 years parts and labour 90 days replacement parts only – no labour Compressor - 5 years (2 years from date of install parts & labour are covered, 3 rd to 5 th year from date of installation only parts are covered) F3Dn (previous model) Extended 3rd year parts only warranty on controller boards with part number 19003000 and lower. Extended 3rd year parts only warranty on lift assemblies that are failing due to corrosion on shafts and bearings. Drip ledge kits and rear heater kits on F3Dn units under warranty, parts only, no labour What Franke Fry Will Cover Labour: $75.00 USD – Maximum of 1 hour, except for what is listed in the labour schedule below. Travel: $75.00 USD - 1 call out/service fee (80kms) + maximum 1 hour which must be approved by the H+K Service Manager

NOTE: any fair & reasonable charges invoiced to H+K that are not covered by the OEM in the labour schedule below or as indicated above will be invoiced direct to the store by H+K

Additional Information The parts that are being claimed under the F3Dn 3rd year extended parts only warranty need to be returned for analysis before the claims will be honored. The invoice needs to b within 30 days of the actual service date, job report or complete service report details with signatory of attending technician and Store Manager or equivalent representative that confirms the activity. Photographic/Video Evidence To assist with the warranty validation, photos are required for all claims, must include the fault/condition of machine before service (root of fault) and after the service.
