OEM does not require return of parts for claim under warranty unless specifically requested. The service provider is required to retain all parts for a period of 3 months

Length of Warranty Period: 2 years Parts and Labour.

What Marketing Creations Will Cover We guarantee that we will repair or replace any non-compliant Product resulting from poor-quality raw materials, a design flaw or a manufacturing defect. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the Product or its component parts and shipping.

Warranty Exclusions Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document.

Normal or natural wear and tear on the Product (harness & wheels) Any improper use and/or maintenance not in accordance with the usage instructions and/or maintenance guide provided to the McDonald’s Any modification of the Product made by the McDonald’s or any third party; Any damage to the Product resulting from a fire or sunshine.
