Prince Castle, Inc. Product Warranty General Terms and Conditions One (1) year from date of original installation not to exceed 18 months from date of shipment from our factory. Two (2) years from date of original installation not to exceed 30 months from date of shipment from our factory. Three (3) years from date of original installation not to exceed 42 months from date of shipment from our factory. Any component which proves to be faulty in material and/or workmanship within the warranty period (refer to individual product operating manual) will be replaced or repaired (at the option of Prince Castle, Inc.) without cost to the customer. Costs associated for on-location service (e.g., trip charges, mileage) of equipment defined as portable are not included in the provisions of the warranty Use of non-genuine Prince Castle replacement parts voids the warranty. All genuine Prince Castle replacement parts are warranted (part & labour) for ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
