The service agent is required to supply photo/videos and retain all parts for a period of 3 months. The manufacturer requires the return of parts valued at $1000 and over.

Length of Warranty Period 2 years parts and labour (from date of installation) 90 days replacement parts only – no Labour

What Tesuco Will Cover Labour - 1 hour or as approved by Tesuco Travel - 1 call out/service fee (80km)

Warranty Exclusions Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document.

Additional Information In the event of a C02 INJECTION PANEL replacement, the faulty panel must be returned to H+K within 30 days of repair completion date. H+K must return the panel to Tesuco for refurbishment.
