OEM does not require return of parts for claim under warranty unless specifically requested. The service provider is required to retain all parts for a period of 3 months

Digital Toasters -2 years parts and labour

• Slicers – 1 year parts and labour excluding cutting blades • Timers & Computers – 2 years parts and labour •

Rapid Steamers 625 Series – 2 years parts, labour & on-site service. Control boards and platens are covered by a third year of warranty that includes labour and part only – no travel. With exception of water tube (does not include any water quality related issues). Solenoid valves are also covered if the fault is not caused by water quality • UHC (UHC6PT-22MCDC(E)) – 3 years parts and labour (NZ 2yrs only). Heater Control Board (547 223S) are covered by parts only warranty only – No labour or travel. • Mustard Dispenser, Ketchup Dispenser, Grill Scraper and Grill Tool Sharpener – 1 year parts and labour • Dual Continuous Feed Toaster ( DCFT ) – 2 years parts and labour • Miscellaneous Smallwares - at time of delivery only • 90 days replacement parts

What Prince Castle Will Cover Labour: 1 hour maximum on all parts excluding platens at a maximum of $85.00 per hour. Labour Platens: 2.5 Hours Diagnosis: We will give one hour diagnosis fee per claim Travel: 160km round trip (up to 2 hours of travel time) -1 trip per warranty call Two Tech System for UHC only if approved prior by H+K Service Manager

NOTE: any fair & reasonable charges invoiced to H+K that are not covered by the OEM in the labour schedule below & or as indicated above will be invoiced direct to the store by H+K

Warranty Part Return Process As of 18/1/2024 Prince Castle will implement the following equipment warranty parts return process: • Steamer Boards must be returned to H+K for testing and analysis. • PCC 625-626S KIT PCB MAIN MCD • PCC 625-627S KIT, DISPLAY, PCB ASSY

Must be returned within 30 days of work completion date to H+K to support the warranty claim. Warranty will be void if the faulty parks have been tampered with/not assembled.
