Length of Warranty Period: 2 years Parts and Labor from the date of installation.

What QC Will Cover Labour – 1 hour or as approved by H+K Service Manager

Travel – 1 call out/service fee (80kms). Any additional travel to be approved by H+K Service Manager Parts replaced outside the original 2 year warranty period will be covered by 1 year parts only warranty (labour excluded)

Warranty Exclusions Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document.

Additional Information This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts and the reasonable and agreed upon labour to replace the parts. QC INDUSTRIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY DEFECT IN THIS UNIT. This warranty shall not apply if any failure of this unit or its parts is caused by unreasonable use, lack of maintenance, improper maintenance and/or repairs, incorrect adjustments, exposure to corrosive or abrasive material, excessive moisture causing damage, or any modification or alteration affecting the operation of the unit which is not authorised by QC INDUSTRIES in writing.

CAUTION: Any attempt to repair parts instead of replace the part may void the warranty.

PLEASE NOTE: Removal/ Installation & Cleaning of all conveyor guards are a crew task – Not Technical.
