LABOUR SCHEDULE FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS

The timelines given assume that the tech had access to the equipment and the unit is in an accessible location. Additional time for instances where the equipment has been installed in a non-accessible location, or if the customer has asked the technician o wait before being allowed to work on a unit, are classified as waiting time are not included n the SRTs. The restaurant will be accountable for any waiting time. The times are also assuming that (the service company) have sent a tech with experience and has previously attended a suitable training class for the appliance they are working on.
