H+K Equipment

OEM does not require return of parts for claim under warranty unless specifically requested. The service provider is required to retain all parts for a period of 3 months

Equipment: All H+K manufactured fabrication and equipment

Length of Warranty Period: 2 years parts and labour 90 days replacement parts only – no labour

What H+K Will Cover Labour: As per recommended repair times Travel: 1 standard call out/service fee (80kms) (1 hour) + reasonable travel which must be approved by the H+K Service Manager

Warranty Exclusions Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document

Additional Information H+K may choose to appoint their own approved service agent. Please note improperly maintained equipment (lack of preventive maintenance) may invalidate the warranty cover. Photo Requirements Pictures required for all claims. Examples – Condenser fins, door seals, refrigerant pipe leaks, burnt out components, loose wires, condensation, heaters, or any component that relates to the failure.
