OEM does not require return of parts for claim under warranty unless specifically requested. The service provider is required to retain all parts for a period of 3 months

Length of Warranty Period • Slicers – 1-year parts and labour excluding cutting blades • Dual Continuous Feed Toaster (DCFT – BK) – 2 years parts and labour • EHB24A – 2x4 PHU – 3 years parts and 2 labour • EHB34A – 3x4 PHU – 3 years parts and 2 labour • Miscellaneous Small wares - at time of delivery only • 90 days replacement parts – no labour

What Prince Castle Will Cover Labour: 1 hour maximum on all parts including platen at a maximum of $90.00 AUD per hour. Travel: 160km round trip (up to 2 hours of travel time) -1 trip per warranty call

Warranty Exclusions Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document Equipment damaged in shipment, by fire, flood or an act of God is not covered. Only 1 trip is allowed per piece of equipment ie: no return visits. Slicers & Cutters – the following parts are not covered under warranty • PC 943-039A BLADE CARTRIDGE 1/4"

Prince Castle, Inc. Product Warranty General Terms and Conditions One (1) year from date of original installation not to exceed 18 months from date of shipment from our factory. Two (2) years from date of original installation not to exceed 30 months from date of shipment from our factory. Three (3) years from date of original installation not to exceed 42 months from date of shipment from our factory Any component which proves to be faulty in material and/or workmanship within the warranty period (refer to individual product operating manual) will be replaced or repaired (at the option of Prince Castle, Inc.) without cost to the customer. Costs associated for on-location service (e.g., trip charges, mileage) of equipment defined as portable are not included in the provisions of the warranty Use of non-genuine Prince Castle replacement parts voids the warranty. All genuine Prince Castle replacement parts are warranted (part & labour) for ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
