OEM does not require return of parts for claim under warranty unless specifically requested. The service provider is required to retain all parts for a period of 3 months

Length of Warranty Period: 2 years Parts and labour 1 year parts only – no labour (effective 1 st January 2023)

What Welbilt Will Cover Labour – As per labour schedule Travel – 1 call out/service fee (or up to 160km)

Additional Information • Error Log

o Error Log must be downloaded via USB (cannot be larger than 128mb) and sent to H+K with your invoice or uploaded via the H+K Warranty Survey Link. This is mandatory to support warranty claims, failure to provide this may cause a rejection by the OEM. • Microwave Leak Test o Photos of Microwave Leakage Test must be provided before and after repairs. • Firmware o Record and report the UI firmware version (UI VER) of the Merrychef oven. This is required for all warranty claims. If this is not provided the warranty claim will be rejected.

Warranty Exclusions • Gasket and door seals replacements • User damage • Misuse and abuse • Water damage • Operator error • Damage/Missing parts caused by user.
