General Exclusions
The following items are not covered under warranty and if/ when invoiced to H+K they will be invoiced by H+K directly to the store. Each OEM may have a specific list of exclusions in this document which is in addition to this list
Please note that if charges are not fair and reasonable, H+K will not pay the Service Agent until revised
• Tolls • Parking fees • Calibration, adjustments and Reprogramming - not excluded if equipment not commissioned properly • Sundries • Issues due to user error
• Wear & tear components (consumables) • Attendance by technician and no fault found
• Technician accommodation required for remote store attendance • Unauthorised repairs or work (i.e. removing equipment from the site) • Overtime, after hours & public holiday charges • If equipment failure is a direct result of both, technical and non-technical PM tasks not been carried out • Misuse, alteration or abuse of equipment • Damage from moisture ingress into electrical components caused by equipment misuse • Damage from tampering with or removal of any safety device • Using non genuine spare parts or parts not supplied by H+K. Relates to parts only warranty
