This new condensed prep line saves steps, time, training, over 5ft. of space & between $10,000 to $15,000 in prep line cost. This flexible solution provides firepower for the kitchen now and into the future. The reduced footprint and crew efficiency are a benefit for all stores, and very high- volume stores could further increase their capacity by easily adding on an extra 2 Initiation Points at the rear of the line to double the capacity. COPL will replace the current OPL prep line as the new store standard and will be available from July 2021.
