Frozen Coke Beverages

FASC 1. Unpack and set in position 2. Run plastic water line and properly identify all lines from boosted filtered water assembly and make final connections. 3. Coordinate start up

Combi Ovens

KES Installer 1. Set and level Combi Stand per drawing location 2. Place combi ovens on top of stand and Secure. 3. Install electrical chase to the wall behind Combi Table

Electrical Contractor 1. Run Power to electrical Chase mounted to the wall behind Combi Table.

Plumbing Contractor 1. Install Drains to the back of the combi ovens and run drain lines to floor sink.

Beverage Contractor 1. Run 1/2" water line from R.O. to Combi ovens and make final connections. 2. Run 1/2" water line from Soda Filtration unit to combi ovens and make final connections..

Combi Oven FASC 1. Conduct Startup and Training once all trades have completed

Owner Operator 1. If final connections were not possible during installation week, arrange for startup of combi ovens with FASC.

Filet Steamers

KES Installer 1. Unpack and set in position.

Beverage Installer 1. Run and connect plastic water line from RO source to water line kit for filet steamers. 2. Make final connection.

Owner Operator 1. Ensure product is available for start-ups and training.
