- 2 years parts and 2 years labour from commissioning date Simonelli Mythos II Gravimetric Grinder - 2 years parts and 2 years labour from commissioning date Simonelli Mythos II GX85 Grinder - 2.5 years parts and 2.5 years labour from commissioning date Warrantable replacement parts - 90 days only from installation date / no labour warranty Commissioning forms must be completed and returned to H+K with the Serial Number & Security Code to enable warranty. What Nuova Simonelli Will Cover Parts only claim (where applicable) Labour (where applicable): as per labour schedule below. Travel – 1 call out/service fee (80kms) + reasonable excess travel which must be approved by the H+K Service Manager NOTE: any fair & reasonable charges invoiced to H+K that are not covered by the OEM labour schedule below & or as indicated above will be invoiced direct to the store by H+K Preventative Maintenance Requirements Technical PM’s must be completed at the following intervals to ensure warranty is valid for the entire two -year period. Failure to complete schedules PM’s by approved service agents will void OEM warranty. Recommended to be logged on e-Tech for records. Warranty Exclusions Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document Water quality exceeding parameters as noted below in this document This warranty shall not apply to: 1) any part or assembly that has been altered, modified, or changed with a non-original component; 2) any part or assembly subject to misuse, abuse, neglected or damaged by accidents; 3) all components and those parts subject to wear and tear listed in the McDonald’s Warranty Attachment 1; 4) any product that has been installed and/or maintained not in accordance with the technical instructions provided by Nuova Simonelli S.P.A. 5) This warranty is void also if any Nuova Simonelli S.P.A product is not installed by a Nuova Simonelli S.P.A authorized service company. 6) equipment requiring calibration. 7) equipment requiring restoration of correct settings due to changes made by operators. 8) system blockages.
