Welbilt - Garland

OEM does not require return of parts for claim under warranty unless specifically requested. The service provider is required to retain all parts for a period of 3 months.

Equipment: New Generation Garland Grills

GAR2-ME3PX-AUS EL.GRILL, 3 PLATEN SINGLE CHASSIS *AUS* GAR2-ME2PX-AUS EL.GRILL, 2 PLATEN SINGLE CHASSIS *AUS*

Length of Warranty Period: 2 years Parts and Labour 90 days parts only

What Welbilt Will Cover Labour – As per labour schedule Travel – 1 call out/service fee (80kms).

NOTE: Any fair & reasonable charges invoiced to H+K that are not covered by the OEM as indicated in their labour schedule will be invoiced direct to the store by H+K

Additional Information

• Welbilt required photo evidence showing before (the fault, condition of equipment) and after service. Failure to provide photos will result in the service agent invoice not being paid until provided. • Total Platen Cycle counts: Take a photo or record the cycle number and report along with the grill serial number and which lane on the grill the part is being replaced.

Planned Maintenance Grill certification must be completed yearly.

Warranty Exclusions

• Gap Calibration (1 Gap calibration within 30 days of start up allowed) • Thermocouple Calibration • User damage • Misuse and abuse

• Water damage • Operator error
