Customer Service Representatives. You will be asked to provide the Medspace Soultions part numbers and descriptions for the item(s) you wish to return. You may be asked to provide the order/invoice number that the items were purchased under. • Goods must be returned in their original box unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition with the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the box. Any package that does not display the RMA number on the outside of the carton will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. (For defective items, please see our Warranty Section.) • A restocking fee of up to 20% of the price could be applicable. • “Special order”, non-stocking items may not be returned. • We do not accept C.O.D. or “Freight Collect” shipments. All packages must be shipped prepaid to Medspace Solutions. Medspace Solutions Warranty Medspace Solutions warranties our products for one (1) year from date of delivery against defects in parts and workmanship, if properly installed, operated, and maintained. Medspace Solutions is not liable for loss, damages, repairs, or expenses arising from the misuse or improper installation of it’s products by unauthorized parties. This warranty covers all Medspace Solutions manufactured products unless otherwise indicated on the purchase agreement. Component items such as switches, motors, controls or other components which Medspace Solutions does not directly manufacture, are warrantied only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem with a Medspace Solutions manufactured item, please contact us so we can assist you, or direct you to the nearest service company. If not repaired, the defective item must then be returned to Medspace Solutions freight prepaid with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping container. Upon receipt of the merchandise, and confirmation of the defect, Medspace Solutions will issue a credit to you for the cost of the defective item, plus freight. Please note that some items may be subject to inspection by the manufacturer to eliminate the possibility of improper handling, misuse, or improper installation.

All items are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse in Mesquite, TX. Always inspect shipments for obvious signs of damage prior to signing for delivery from courier or common carrier. Ownership of the items shipped passes to the customer once signed for. If a shipment arrives in a damaged condition, please see our Damaged in Shipment Policy. All orders will be shipped “freight prepaid” and billable via the carrier of our choice unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of ordering. There may also be a small insurance cost added to protect your investment in the unlikely event of damage or loss. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery for any missing or damaged equipment. Items that are damaged should be refused upon inspection. Any shortages or damages must be reported to Medspace Solutions within 24 hours. Please contact us at 1-469 837-6922 or support@medspacesolutions.com as soon as possible to ensure a timely resolution. Returning Merchandise Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of original purchase. If you wish to return goods to us for credit, we will be happy to accept them under the following conditions:

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT POLICY
If an order shipped via UPS or FedEx is delivered and shows obvious damage when it arrives at your location, refuse the shipment and do not sign for it. Immediately contact Medspace Solutions and report the incident. If you receive an order shipped via a Common Carrier (trucking company) that shows obvious damage, you must note the damage on the Bill of Lading that you sign when the order is received. Failure to do so will severely limit the chances of receiving compensation for the damaged equipment from the carrier. Also, immediately notify Medspace Solutions of the situation.

Medspace Solutions offers a wide range of casework cabinetry suitable for both clinical and non clinical environments. Typically supplied with fixed or adjustable shelving this cabinet range is robustly built to withstand use within a busy clinical environment. The colors shown are representative of actual paint colors. Interiors of cabinets will be provided in stock "off-white". All standard colors will have the "Fine Texture" finish, with the exception of black (available in smooth Gloss, smooth Matte, and Fine Texture options).

CUSTOMIZABLE STORAGE
Our Medspace modular cabinetry range is a highly effective storage system built around the International ISO 23.75" x 15.75" storage module. It is the pinnacle of material management, providing the most flexible and efficient use of space available. The system offers considerable benefits over conventional shelved cabinetry, which when properly implemented can provide up to 50% more storage capacity. The internal modular liners are designed to accept the module trays as well as shelving and our specialist accessories, these items are also interchangeable with our other mobile module systems. Our fitted modular cabinetry is installed to the highest standard by our dedicated Installation Teams. As well as our standard height fixed and mobile cabinets, Custom height cabinets can be supplied on request.
Units are fitted with liners for use
with trays and shelves. Telescopic runners can also be fitted for the safe storage of heavier items such as fluids. The units are available with or without doors and in a wide range of colors.

LINERS
The Liner is the heart of the modular tray system and can be used within fixed and mobile cabinetry, as well as standard and Custom carts. It is the ultimate non-mechanical system for maximizing storage capacity. The liner provides the flexibility to be able to position both trays and shelves into locations best suited to the area in which the cabinet is installed. This flexibility also provides an element of ‘future-proofing’ with the ability to change and alter tray positions should there be a change in stock holding. The arrestor clips are used to ensure there is no unintentional removal of a tray from the cabinet. This safe guard is an essential function of the modular tray system and these are provided with cabinets as standard. When in the arrested position the trays will tilt slightly to improve accessibility.

DOOR OPTIONS
Melamine The Medspace standard door is a solid melamine faced door in gray with sky blue edging. All doors come with chosen lock and doors as standard, and are fitted with 270 degree hinges to allow full door swing. High impact edging is used to offer superior protection. Please note, standard doors for powdercoated units are powercoated. Roller shutter doors provide an excellent alternative to standard doors when a room is tight. They are available to suit all our standard cabinet range and can be Custom to suit any requirement. They are available in white, silver, gray or beech as standard. Other colors are available on request. Laminate doors (shown upper right) are available for all of our standard and Custom cabinetry with a huge range of colors to choose from. As with our standard doors they come with 270 degree hinges, locks and handles. Gloss colors are also available.

Polycarbonate (shown lower right)
As a safe alternative to glass our polycarbonate doors are very popular with our customers. They allow easy identification of stored products whilst providing a physical barrier. The framed version of the door in available in both wood and RAW board. Stainless Steel Solid stainless doors offer a robust and highly clinical option. They can be supplied both polished and brushed depending on the desired finish. Available with or without locks. Powder Coated Powder coated doors are a robust option with an almost endless amount of color options. Available with or without locks and with a range of handle types. Framed (shown on left page) Framed doors provide the ability to enclose a cabinet, whilst offering visibility of the contents, making them an excellent option for numerous environments. Standard Locks Our 6 plate cam lock is our default locking system, with 37 key numbers available as standard. Key systems can be supplied alike, or to differ.
RFID Locks Our Codelock RFID locks are an excellent option and offer simple, keyless access with the use of a fob or card. Once in place the lock will perform 15,000 openings on just two AAA batteries. These locks can be fitted to all our standard cabinets and lockers.

Solid Surface worktops are an excellent choice for areas which are highly clinical, or where Custom work surface shapes are required. The worktops show no joins at any length, can incorporate molded sinks, and can be shaped to any design. They are an excellent long term investment. Stock brands include Corian, Hanex, and Wilsonart.

End Profile of a Laminate Worktop Worktop with up-stand made with a MDF core. 12mm radii are used on the top and bottom of front edge and the top and bottom of the up-stand along the full length of the worktop, Up-stand is 3/4" thick with an overall height of 2" above the top of the worktop.
