Bucket, clean and sanitized towels

KAY® SolidSense™ All Purpose Super Concentrate (APSC) solution

Clean, Sanitizer Soaked Towels

KAY® SolidSense™ Sanitizer Solution

WARNING: Exposed moving parts can cause severe injury. LOCK OUT POWER before removing guards and performing maintenance or cleaning tasks. Procedure 1 Turn the Conveyor power switch to STOP. 4 Wipe belt to remove all visible soils.

Use KAY® NO-SCRATCH™ Pad on stubborn soils. Discard the soiled towel into the soiled towel bucket.

Remove guards by twisting nuts to the vertical position and sliding off of conveyor. Wash, rinse, and sanitize the guards at the 3-compartment sink.

KAY All Purpose Super Concentrate (APSC) Solution.

5 Rinse any residues by wiping with a separate clean, sanitizer-soaked towel.

3 Spray clean, sanitizer soaked towel with fresh APSC solution.

6 Spray conveyor with sanitizer solution. Allow at least one minute to sit; then dry with a clean paper towel.

7 When ready to advance the belt to the opposite side, pull pins from both sides of the conveyor’s tail.
