Equipment ELKAY Furniture

All individual parts and items (table top, table base, bench etc.) supply by ELKAY is warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3-years from ELKAY ex-factory date.

Length of Warranty Period (starting for ELKAY ex-factory date) 3 Years 1 st Year Parts & Labour 2 nd & -3 rd Years – Parts only What ELKAY Will Cover This warranty applies to the following designs for ELKAY supplied items: - Form and Allegro (Dis-continued since 2016) - Soho (Dis-continue since 2019)

- Playground (Dis-continue since 2019) - Family Recipe (Dis-continue since 2019) - HUMAN COMFORT - RAY (Except for Zinc table top is ONE-year coverage) - ALPHABET

Note: any fair & reasonable charges invoiced to H+K that are not covered by the OEM as indicated in this document will be invoiced direct to the store by H+K

Warranty Exclusions : Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document

The warranty of seating & decor items does not apply to: a) Defects or damage due to accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, dropping, natural disaster, neglect, or failure to

provide reasonable and necessary maintenance; b) Wear and tear under normal usage is not covered;

c) Noncompliance with installation instructions and maintenance guidelines as recommended by the supplier. d) Any Vandalism will not be covered. For example, damage due to scratches, gouges, scuffs, punctures, cuts, indentations, burns, accidents, lack of furniture rests or any intentional misuse of the product. e) Consumable parts or items will not be covered. Such as light bulb, LED luminous…etc. PLEASE NOTE: Written statement with the photo of defects must be provided for evidence. McDonald’s restaurant or DC must keep the defect products for inspection. If and when necessary, the third-party surveyor will be appointed to check the defect products.
