The service agent is required to supply photo/videos and retain all parts for a period of 3 months.

- 2 years parts and labour (from manufacturer shipment date)

Mythos II GX85 Grinder - 2.5 years parts and labour (from manufacturer shipment date) Warrantable replacement parts - 90 days only from installation date / no labour warranty

What Warranty Will Cover Labour – Approved as per recommended repair times Travel – 1 standard call out/service fee (80 kms)

The manufacturer requires equipment to be registered on their website by H+K upon return of the commissioning form with the Serial Number and Security Code.

Preventative Maintenance Requirements Technical PM’s must be completed to ensure warranty is valid for the entire two-year period. This includes daily, weekly, monthly cleaning tasks and technical maintenance tasks required to be completed by a Nuova Simonelli S.P.A authorized service company. Failure to complete schedules PM’s by approved service agents may void manufacturer warranty. Recommended to be logged on e-Tech for records. Warranty Exclusions Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document This warranty shall not apply to: 1) any part or assembly that has been altered, modified, or changed with a non-original component. 2) any part or assembly subject to misuse, abuse, neglected or damaged by accidents. 3) all components and those parts subject to wear and tear 4) any product that has been installed and/or maintained not in accordance with the technical instructions provided by Nuova Simonelli S.P.A. (lack of planned maintenance) 5) This warranty is void also if any Nuova Simonelli S.P.A product is not installed by a Nuova Simonelli S.P.A authorized service company. 6) equipment requiring calibration. 7) equipment requiring restoration of correct settings due to changes made by operators. 8) system blockages. 9) damaged external covers and cosmetic parts from expected normal use. In no event shall Nuova Simonelli S.P.A be liable for any other damage or loss, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost sales, loss of use of equipment, claims of H+K's customers, cost of capital, cost of down time, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, or any other special, incidental or consequential damages. Upon the expiration of the warranty period, Nuova Simonelli S.P.A' s liability under this warranty shall terminate. This warranty shall constitute the sole liability of Nuova Simonelli S.P.A and the exclusive remedy of H+K or user
