Length of Warranty Period 2 years parts and labour (from the date of installation) Lower Blender assembly (shafts and blades excluded) 36,000 blender cycles (600hrs) or 2 years, whichever comes first. Compressor: Additional 3 years parts only 90 days replacement parts only from installation date of part. No labour.

- At 36,000 blender cycles (600Hrs) preventative maintenance (PM) is required on the blender assembly. - Failure to complete the preventative maintenance once 36,000 blender cycles (600Hrs) may void the warranty.

What Warranty Will Cover Labour – Approved as per recommended repair times Call Out/Travel – Limited to approximately 160km or 2 hours

The manufacturer requires equipment to be registered on their website by H+K upon return of the commissioning form, within 5 days of the installation date.

Preventative Maintenance Requirements Technical PM’s must be completed to ensure the warranty is valid for the entire two-year period. This includes daily, weekly, monthly cleaning tasks and technical maintenance tasks required to be completed by a Multiplex authorized service company.
