OEM does not require return of parts for claim under warranty unless specifically requested. The service provider is required to supply photos/videos and retain all parts for a period of 3 months.

What Warranty will Cover Callout Rate- 1 Call Out / Service Fee Per Service Call (Up To 80kms) Labour Rate – As Per Labour Schedule Replacement Parts – 90 Days, on Replacement Parts Only – No Labour.

NOTE: any fair & reasonable charges invoiced to H+K that are not covered by the OEM labour schedule below & or as indicated above will be invoiced direct to the store by H+K

Warranty Exclusions Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document. Perfect Moose Water Standards An approved RO system must be installed on the incoming water supply as specified by the manufacturer of the coffee machine the Perfect Moose is connected to (Simonelli or San Remo). The quality of the water / steam from the coffee machine is vital to the function of the Perfect Moose, life of components and the quality of the milk product. Water filtration systems require periodic maintenance, including filter replacement. Improper water filtration can result in severe damage to the Perfect Moose including scale deposits and corrosion. DAMAGE TO COMPONENTS CAUSED BY IMPROPER WATER TREATMENT WILL NOT BE COVERED BY THE MANFACRURER WARRANTY. Manufacturer specified water standards to keep your warranty valid:

Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Total Hardness – in ppm Total Hardness – in grains

Jug Pitchers Smart Moose Pitchers are stainless steel, colour coated jugs with a RFID tag attached to the bottom using a special, heat-resistant glue. • Rinse immediately with hot water after each steaming cycle. Wash by hand with hot water and light detergent, rinse well. • DO NOT let smart pitchers soak in water, and not in (acidic) detergents. This can affect the coloured coating • DO NOT keep smart pitchers on top of your heated espresso machine. • DO NOT put place pitchers in the dishwasher for cleaning.
