Photo Evidence Requirements SANREMO require photo/video evidence related to the part failure for each claim where parts have been replaced, starting January 2021. Failure to provide either a photo or video of the faulty part will result in the service agent invoice not being paid. SANREMO do not require evidence for non-warrantable parts subject to normal wear or damage. Either a photo or video of the fault or faulty part must be recorded and submitted with the e-Tech job or sent to H+K warranty with the e-Tech job number as a reference. The warranty does not cover any faults or malfunctions due to normal wear and tear, inappropriate use and / or use not in accordance with normal operation, the use of non-original spare parts and non-compliance with what is indicated in the use and maintenance manual delivered together with the machine, accidental events, unauthorized modifications or adaptations, tampering, anomalies caused by electrical and hydraulic systems or inadequate water filtering and insect infestation. Correct water filtration and regular filter changes are a requirement to keep the warranty valid and ensure the correct operation of the machine. SANREMO TSD recommends performing a "Water test" to determine the correct filtering system according to the characteristics of the water supplied in the area where the Machine has been installed. Water standards to keep the warranty valid: • Total dissolved solids (TDS): 30 to 150 ppm (parts per million) • Total hardness - in ppm: Less than 85 ppm • pH: From 6 pH to 7.5 pH • Chloride: 5-15 ppm - any chloride can be corrosive and harmful • Total alkalinity: between 35-75 ppm • Sodium: 10 mg / lt • Chlorine: 0 ppm • Iron: 0 pp Note: Corrosion, blockages and/or accumulation of foreign matter within components is not covered under the warranty in all circumstances. Preventative Maintenance Requirements Technical PM’s must be completed to ensure warranty is valid for the entire two -year period. This includes daily, weekly, monthly cleaning tasks and technical maintenance tasks required to be completed. Failure to complete Warranty Exclusions Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document.
