ACTUATOR NORGREN GAR3-CK4603129 – WARRANTY EXTENSION (PARTS ONLY) Garland has extended the warranty of the Norgren Actuator Part: 4603129 from 90 days to 180 days from the date of installation. See Actuator Warranty Service Bulletin April-2021 for requirements: https://hki.egnyte.com/dl/pqA4Qs06He IN THE EVENT OF A GAR3-4531775-E SSRB HEATSINK ASSY FAILURE The service agent needs to confirm the following BEFORE a replacement is supplied: 1. What is the condition of the conduct on the grills, are they in good condition, not shorting out. 2. Confirm the cables on the elements are not causing the board to blow. We need to ensure no water is getting into the platen. When the technician returns to site: • The technician must take pictures/videos of the Ohms reading of all the bottom elements

• Photos of the conditions of the top harness. • Record the incoming voltage of the machine • Confirm the installation of the replacement SSRB via photo evidence.
