Customer Service Representatives. You will be asked to provide the Medspace Soultions part numbers and descriptions for the item(s) you wish to return. You may be asked to provide the order/invoice number that the items were purchased under. • Goods must be returned in their original box unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition with the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the box. Any package that does not display the RMA number on the outside of the carton will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. (For defective items, please see our Warranty Section.) • A restocking fee of up to 20% of the price could be applicable. • “Special order”, non-stocking items may not be returned. • We do not accept C.O.D. or “Freight Collect” shipments. All packages must be shipped prepaid to Medspace Solutions. Medspace Solutions Warranty Medspace Solutions warranties our products for one (1) year from date of delivery against defects in parts and workmanship, if properly installed, operated, and maintained. Medspace Solutions is not liable for loss, damages, repairs, or expenses arising from the misuse or improper installation of it’s products by unauthorized parties. This warranty covers all Medspace Solutions manufactured products unless otherwise indicated on the purchase agreement. Component items such as switches, motors, controls or other components which Medspace Solutions does not directly manufacture, are warrantied only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem with a Medspace Solutions manufactured item, please contact us so we can assist you, or direct you to the nearest service company. If not repaired, the defective item must then be returned to Medspace Solutions freight prepaid with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping container. Upon receipt of the merchandise, and confirmation of the defect, Medspace Solutions will issue a credit to you for the cost of the defective item, plus freight. Please note that some items may be subject to inspection by the manufacturer to eliminate the possibility of improper handling, misuse, or improper installation.

All items are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse in Mesquite, TX. Always inspect shipments for obvious signs of damage prior to signing for delivery from courier or common carrier. Ownership of the items shipped passes to the customer once signed for. If a shipment arrives in a damaged condition, please see our Damaged in Shipment Policy. All orders will be shipped “freight prepaid” and billable via the carrier of our choice unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of ordering. There may also be a small insurance cost added to protect your investment in the unlikely event of damage or loss. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery for any missing or damaged equipment. Items that are damaged should be refused upon inspection. Any shortages or damages must be reported to Medspace Solutions within 24 hours. Returning Merchandise Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of original purchase. If you wish to return goods to us for credit, we will be happy to accept them under the following conditions:
