DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT POLICY

If an order shipped via UPS or FedEx is delivered and shows obvious damage when it arrives at your location, refuse the shipment and do not sign for it. Immediately contact Medspace Solutions and report the incident. If you receive an order shipped via a Common Carrier (trucking company) that shows obvious damage, you must note the damage on the Bill of Lading that you sign when the order is received. Failure to do so will severely limit the chances of receiving compensation for the damaged equipment from the carrier. Also, immediately notify Medspace Solutions of the situation.

If ALL packaging looks good and there is no sign of damage.

When you sign for the shipment Medspace is no longer under any obligation to issue credit or replacement for your shipment.*

Immediately call 800.521.3987 to notify Medspace of damage. Failure to report damage in a timely manner may impact our ability to deliver a satisfactory solution and result in forfeiture of rights.

If packaging has dents, tears or any obvious signs of damage DO NOT sign for shipment.

*Occasionally goods are damaged due to abusive handling by the Carrier but signs of mishandling are concealed by the packaging. If upon opening a package to discover concealed damage to the merchandise, be sure to keep all packing materials along with the damage product. Contact Medspace immediately to report the incident. We will arrange for an on site inspection if required by the freight company.

Solutions

Occasionally goods are damaged due to abusive handling by the Carrier but signs of mishandling are concealed by the packaging. If upon opening a package you discover concealed damage to the merchandise, be sure to keep all packing materials along with the damaged product. Contact Medspace Solutions immediately to report the incident. We will arrange for an on site inspection if required by the freight company.
