NOTE: The above hours include time for diagnoses and part change. Not covered are called relating to lack of maintenance or cleaning e/.g dirty condensers or filters. For multiple repairs on the same system, add ½ hour to the highest allowable rate on a single repair being carried out.

Foam pack warranty Summary:

1) 0-2 years from original installation: Foam pack failures during the first 2 years from installation are covered for parts and labour costs, within the standard warranty guidelines. 2) 2-3 year from original installation: Foam pack failures during the 3 rd year from date of installation are covered for part replacement only. Conditions of warranty: a. Any barrel bump found in a freeze chamber is to be removed with the use if the smoothing tool as per instructions supplied b. Pipe sealing kit is to be installed as per instruction. c. If after initial use of the smoothing tool any subsequent bump should re-appear then the following shall apply: i. 0-2 years from original installation: The foam pack will be covered for parts and labour replacement. ii. 2-3 year from original installation: The foam pack only will be covered for warranty replacement.
