OEM does not require return of parts for claim under warranty unless specifically requested. The service provider is required to retain all parts for a period of 3 months

Length of Warranty Period: High Capacity (HC) Freezers, Prep Bench Fridges, CYT Topping Stations and Cone Dipper Appliance - 2 years parts and labour 90 days replacement parts only – no labour What H+K Will Cover Labour: As per recommended repair times Travel: 1 standard call out/service fee (80kms) (1 hour) + reasonable travel which must be approved by the H+K Service Manager Warranty Exclusions Mirror Assembly for Fry Station (FB40) End Glass (FB40) Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document Heat lamps on the OAT tables are not H+K Fabricated and have their own warranty terms Lamp holders, part number E13021, are no longer covered under warranty for faults caused by bulbs getting stuck and over/under turning of the bulbs. Door Gaskets. These are classed as a consumable.

Additional Information: H+K may choose to appoint their own approved service agent.

Pictures required for all claims. Examples – Condenser fins, door seals, refrigerant pipe leaks, burnt out components, loose wires, condensation, heaters or any component that relates to the failure.

Please note improperly maintained equipment may invalidate the warranty cover. If condenser fins have not been kept clean, door gaskets split, the unit will not function and will shorten the life of the equipment. Always attach a picture, this should show the nature of the fault if possible or, if the fault is not visible, the location of the equipment within the restaurant. Please remember that bleach/chlorine cleaning agents are not to be used on our products and that if used then it could invalidate any future warranty claim.
