The service agent is required to supply photo/videos and retain all parts for a period of 3 months.

Length of Warranty Period 2 years parts and labour (from manufacturer shipment date)

What Marketing Creations Will Cover The manufacturer guarantees that they will repair or replace any non-compliant product resulting from poor-quality raw materials, a design flaw or a manufacturing defect. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the product or its component parts.

Additional Information Photos of the defect must be taken and supplied with a written statement of the defect.

Warranty Exclusions Refer to “General Exclusions” at the beginning of this document. Normal or natural wear and tear on the product (harness & wheels) Any improper use and/or maintenance not in accordance with the usage instructions and/or maintenance guide provided to the McDonald’s. Any modification of the product made by the McDonald’s or any third party. Any damage to the product resulting from a fire or sunshine.
